RAFTING

Its Saturday 29th March , and we had long weekend because Monday is Nyepi Celebration which mean its Red date and almost all institution were close include our office. So It’s the time to go out and have fun with friends :D
After  comparing many destinations, discussing, and Arguing, I, renova, angris, lugar, dede, fakhrul, dewi and johan decided a very best option : Rafting On Sei Binge. Its been choosen because Not too far from our home, cheap enough, and its only one day. So we have 2 more days to do our own activities. Perfect ! Then I searched some information about rafting on Sei Binge and found Explore Sumatera Organization ( www.exploresumatera.com) which could support us for Rafting. it cost only Rp. 225k per person include safety kit and tasty lunch :D.
We start the journey from Rantau Prapat and  plan to go at 5 PM but in real we left at 8 PM… yahhhh Rubber clock :D. My friends stayed in the home office in Lubuk Pakam while I stayed in my mother in law’s home with my hubby, Fakhrul. We promised to meet up with the guide from Explore Sumatera at 8 am at Binjai Super Mall, and again…we just left at 8 am and need 2 hours to arrive there…wahahaha…. Thank for the guy didn’t go mad for our delay.

From Super mall Binjai, Binjai City We were heading to Namo Sira-sira village, Langkat, the location of Sumatera Explore Camp. we need 1 hour car ride to the Camp. The guys in the camp were very friendly. They Offered us the welcome drink and to relax in their camp. The camp was very clean, relaxing and comfort.

After wearing life Jacket, helmed and pick the paddle, We were transported by pick up car to the start point of river. It taken about 45 minutes from the camp to the river. We used 2 boats for 8 persons plus 4 rangers and We did some briefing before rafting.
Then… the adventure began…. Its very exciting navigating Sei Binge River with natural and beautiful scenery. The current of river was not very heavy that gave us a lot of time to enjoy the river and the scenery. the climate was very perfect, its not too shiny or cloudy. We stopped at two points. The rangers allowed us to swim in the river. And in another stop we could jump from the hill to the deep river.  It was very fun ;D
After two hours, the navigating of river ended in the Namo Sira-sira regulating dam. We were picked up by the same car back to the camp. The lunch was already reserved and we enjoyed it greedily
